Bad Text / Bad Poetry text extracted from Bad Paintings, the separation of the text from the visual image – Bad Painting I have decided to separate the texts from the visual images, the Bad Paintings, as I think that the texts on their own are strong enough to be individual works of art. I feel that removing the images from the texts liberates the texts and gives the viewers more freedom to construct their own images. Besides, it opens up new ways to exhibition the work. The texts can be displayed/shown in various forms such as: a slide show (text only, no sound) a digital image handwritten on paper handwritten on wall by myself or as an instruction a list of all the texts (printed or online) Most of the texts are constructed using one or more bits of sentences that came with the news reporting about the events depicted in the Bad Paintings. about Bad Paintings -- CLICK HERE   Slide show   rolling text
